In-Home Elderly Care Sarasota Services by Wellencare

Wellencare Home Care delivers homemaker and companion services directly to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our offerings are highly flexible and tailored to each client's specific requirements, which may include daytime care, short-term relief (respite) services, in-home support, and dedicated companionship.

Our skilled and trained caregivers are available for hourly, daily, weekly, or live-in arrangements. To gain a complete understanding of the client's needs, a CNA conducts an initial in-home evaluation. During this visit, the CNA assesses the client's current situation and collaborates with the client, their family, and any other key caregivers to create a personalized service plan.

A minimum commitment of four hours is required. Care is available around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
